# How to Prepare:
01 - Preheat oven to 400°F. Slice the top off the garlic bulb to expose cloves. Drizzle with olive oil, wrap in foil, and roast for 35 to 40 minutes until soft and golden. Allow to cool slightly before handling.
02 - Squeeze the roasted garlic cloves from their skins into a mixing bowl and mash into a smooth paste using the back of a spoon.
03 - Add softened butter to the garlic paste and whip using a hand mixer or wooden spoon until the mixture becomes light and fluffy.
04 - Fold in the chopped parsley, chives, and basil along with salt and black pepper. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
05 - Sample the spread and adjust seasoning with additional salt and pepper as needed to achieve desired flavor balance.
06 - Spoon the completed spread into a serving bowl or ramekin for presentation.
07 - Present with toasted crostini or warm baguette slices for spreading and consumption.
