# How to Prepare:

- In a medium mixing bowl, thoroughly blend the cream cheese, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, shredded cheddar, salt, and black pepper until creamy and uniform.

- Arrange about 1.75 oz of turkey breast slices evenly on top of the cheese spread.
- Scatter roughly 0.5 oz of fresh spinach leaves across the surface over the turkey.
- Beginning at one end, roll the tortilla up tightly into a compact log.
- Repeat the filling, layering, and rolling process with each remaining tortilla and ingredients.
- Wrap each rolled tortilla securely in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up for slicing.
- Remove plastic wrap, trim the ends, and use a sharp chef’s knife to cut each roll into 6 even pinwheels.
- Arrange the finished pinwheels on a serving platter and serve chilled or at room temperature.
