07 - 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
08 - 2 tablespoons honey
09 - 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
10 - 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
# How to Prepare:
01 - Rinse all fruits thoroughly, remove hulls from strawberries, peel and slice kiwi, cube cantaloupe, halve strawberries if needed.
02 - Thread strawberries, cantaloupe, pineapple, kiwi, blueberries, and grapes onto wooden or metal skewers in a rainbow sequence. Repeat until all fruit is used.
03 - Combine Greek yogurt, honey, lemon juice, and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl. Stir until smooth and well-integrated.
04 - Arrange assembled fruit skewers on a serving platter. Present alongside the honey-yogurt dip for dipping.
